Loved the Elmo article. We are not Sesame Street fans in this house…my kids have only seen a couple of the very first episodes. I do have some old SS books from the 80’s. But that’s it…it’s too unlike the show we grew up with, so we never even went there with the boys. We do LOVE The Muppet Show, though. :)

Did you see the “if my husband did a boudoir session” all over Facebook? It was pretty amazing.

My favorite was Snuffleupagus. My Dad used to LOVE reading me Super Grover books. He was a pro at voices :)

Oh my gosh, thanks for sharing the elmo article! SO well written and it a articulated SO well all the reasons I have disliked Elmo, even in the late 80s when I was in high school I didn’t like him!! My kids are 10 and 6 but from their babyhood we were a no-elmo house and they’re mostly watched (and LOVED) the Sesame Street “old school” dvds and preferred the “old show to the current ones on PBS.
